Starting Friday 15th April at 3:00pm to end Sunday 17th April at 4:00pm
This will be a 3 day Acro Intensive with Jason and Chelsey. For those of you that dont know J & C they are total ninjas! Renowned in the acro world for their Acrogasm Tour and more recently co leading Acroversity and simply being kickass. This dynamic duo have a very unique style to share. It will be challenging, but it will also be super rewarding and fun. During this workshop they will explore a systematic and progressive way to approach the shift from advanced beginner to intermediate and intermediate to advanced – giving you tools to take your practice to the next level. We’ll work throughout six acro modalities: standing, handbalancing, popping, inversions, spinning/rotation, and monolimb work. (intermediate and up)
What to expect:
-15 hours of fun, intense, and challenging work
– a training regime that you can remember and take with you.
– tools and progressions to take your practice to the next level
This is an intermediate workshop therefore pre requisite are provided. Please watch the video carefully, notice where it states ‘base AND fly’
Below is the link to the acroyoga solar immersion pre requisites video. This is a good guide as to what you should be able to do confidently to attend this workshop. It is recommended that you have a regular acro partner, to get the most out of the workshop. However if you can confidently base AND fly the pre requisites it is not essential.
